In an emergency when an urgent response is necessary to rectify an act of vandalism or impact damage, Middleton can attend to re-glaze or initially board up an area. Estimates are then submitted for specialist glazing works.

Sophisticated electronic radio detection equipment can be used to trace the lie of underground drainage with plans prepared and updated.
From this information, broken drains and burst pipes can be repaired or new drains and services installed.
CCTV Drain-scan equipment can be utilised to provide surveys on problem areas. Results are expressed via a full report, drawing and video together with recommendations and estimates for remedial works required.
